This is a rip of the DVD that comes with the "Private Gym" kegel exercises for men.  

The first 4 weeks don't require anything, but weeks 5-8 require penis weights.

I don't know how useful this will be fore anyone without the penis weights but maybe you can improvise.  If anything you can get a 4 week head start on the program to see if you want to order the weights.

I really didn't think the private gym company was candid with what they provided so I am releasing this.  If you do decide to buy it you'll get a copy of these movies on a DVD along with some weights and a book that contains the exact same information as the Introduction file included
